CPT Trichelle M. Lee is from New Orleans, LA. She began her military career in June of 2001 when she enlisted in the United States Army Reserve in Pearl Harbor, HI. She completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Jackson, SC as a 75H – Personnel Service Specialist. CPT Lee attained the rank of Staff Sergeant during her enlisted period of service. She was later commissioned in June 2011 through Direct Commission.
CPT Lee’s duty assignments and positions have taken her to numerous locations within the United States starting with HQ, 9th Regional Support CMD, Ft. Shafter, HI where she served as a Personnel Specialist; 4013th USAR Garrison Support CMD, Bossier City, LA where she served as a Personnel Records Specialist; Ordered to Active Duty with 4013th USAR GSU, Ft. Polk, LA where she served as a Unit Clerk, Released back to 4013th USAR GSU, Bossier City, LA where she served as a Human Resource Specialist, Unit Clerk, Human Resource Sergeant and Squad Leader; 2/381st TSBN, Grand Prairie, TX where she served as a Observer Controller/Trainer (OCT); Ordered to Active Duty with 2/381st TSBN, Ft. Sill, OK where she served as an OCT and Validation Cell NCOIC; HHB 479th FA BDE, Ft. Hood, TX where she served as a Current OPS Sergeant, Debt Management Monitor and S-1 Strength Management NCO; Released back to 2/381st TSBN, Grand Prairie, TX where she served as a Platoon Leader; 2/354th BCT Regt, Grand Prairie, TX where she served as the XO for A Company and Commander for C Company; 75th TC, Houston, TX where she served as a Financial Manager and RPA Branch Chief. Joined the AGR program and was assigned to the 103rd ESC, G8, Des Moines, IA where she served as the RPA Branch Chief. CPT Lee is currently an Assistant Professor of Military Science and Supply Officer for Washington University ROTC, 3rd ROTC BDE, USACC.
CPT Lee’s military and civilian education and training include Warrior Leadership Course, Advanced Leadership Course, Observer Controller /Trainer, Unit Victim Advocate, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Course, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, Financial Management Basic Officer Leadership Course, Company Commander/First Sergeant Course, Enhanced Defense Financial Management Course; Budget Management Course, Financial Management Captain Career Course, Reserves, Army Comptroller Course, Operational Contract Support Course and a host of other courses. CPT Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University and a Master in Business Administration from Webster University. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Defense Financial Manager.
CPT Lee’s awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (w/3 Bronze OLC); Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal (w/3 Bronze OLC); National Defense Service Medal; Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M device and 10 year Bronze Hourglass; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (w/numeral 2); Army Service Ribbon; Army Good Conduct Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.
